What Qualifies Best for Consignment

We review higher-value coins, currency, bullion, jewelry, watches, and select collectibles. The stronger the category, rarity, and value, the stronger the fit for auction consideration.

What We Review Best

High-Value Coins & Currency
Better-fit submissions often include gold coins, rare coins, graded coins, key-date material, and older paper currency.

Bullion, Jewelry & Watches
We review .999 gold and silver bullion, fine jewelry, diamonds, and luxury watches that show strong resale or auction appeal.

Raw and Certified Material
We accept qualified raw coins, not just certified pieces, and we work with major third-party grading companies.

Mixed Collections Welcome
Collections with multiple strong categories can be reviewed together, especially when overall value and auction fit are clear.

What to Know Before You Submit

Minimum Consignment Threshold
Most consignments should have a total current trading value of at least $2,500.

Lot Structure Matters
Items with a current trading value of $250+ may be listed as individual lots. Lower-value items may still be accepted but are often grouped for stronger lot value.

Fees and Advance Eligibility
Standard seller fees begin at 10% of the final hammer price. Consignments totaling $100,000+ may qualify for 0% seller fees, and eligible consignments may also qualify for a 50% advance.

Timeline Expectations
After receipt, inventory is typically completed within about 21 business days. Qualified items are then scheduled with about 3 weeks of pre-bidding visibility, and payouts are generally issued within 30 days after the auction ends.

Common Questions Before You Submit

Clear answers on fit, value, review, timing, and next steps.

Qualified Raw and Certified Material

We review qualified raw coins as well as certified material from major third-party grading companies, so grading is not required for every submission.

Minimum Consignment Threshold

Most consignments should have a total current trading value of at least $2,500 to be considered for auction review. In select cases, we may still assist clients whose material falls below that level if it shows strong potential or merits further review. When consignment is not the best fit, we may also consider a direct purchase option. Please reach out to the consignment manager for a fair case-by-case review.

Multiple Categories Can Be Reviewed Together

Yes. Collections containing multiple strong categories may be reviewed together, especially when overall value and auction fit are clear.

Structured Review and Next Steps

Our team reviews your submission to determine likely fit. If your items qualify, we will reach out with next steps for intake, timing, and consignment review.
